Only Check Airman can give PC's at SWA.....don't expect that to change. Was in Dallas for training and Bob Torti said "SWAPA will never buy that" (non-SWA check airman giving PC's)
CBA will not allow seperate ops beyond 2 yrs
This was the first time the courts have given an opinion on the laws. Don't think that certain labor lawyers and groups aren't going to try and use it to support what they consider "fair and equitable". Going to be a very interesting year!
Isn't this the first court to define McCaskill-Bond
Will this end up in the appeals court? Could this definition of "Merger vs Acquisition" be a game changer??? Very interesting....
Sounds right on to me. I was told by an MEC member the Air Tran position on Arbitration (if it comes to that). Is Pay and benefits can't be included? Take it for what it's worth
Jumpseat
I JS out of terminal D in Baltimore and although SWA doesn't fly out of that terminal they have never given me a hard time. Just be in uniform and have you ID's

You are just trying to stir the pot
Clearly flame bait! SWAPA has not issued any statements on how the SLI will be approached. You are just trying to start a bunch of hate postings. I challenge you to provide any articles from SWAPA concerning the SLI that are anything but neutral in...

Our pay is great but only because every major took major pay cuts. Since the give back by Delta, United, USAIR, AMR etc......we at SWA have had only modest pay increases. All those pilots and FA's "want their money back" and there is no reason to believe that pay for them is not going back...
How many Comair pilots on the current list that are not yet furloughed? How many are they saying will be put on the street? How far back (DOH) will they go?
