    Sorry, what I should have said was it was a snowboard in a snowboard bag. So the first paragraph applies. I talked to the baggage desk employee in Boston. She said I shouldn't have been charged and gave me a number to call.

    How much do you earn a month? At my lovely company we get 3.5 hours a month for the first 1-5 years of service and after we have been here for five years we get 4 hours per month. I'm just curious how this compares to other places.

    Talked to our (psa) jumpseat guy the other day about this. The southwest jumpseat guy will not return any calls or emails. He has been leaving him messages for over a month. Thats why I brought this up on here in hopes that someone at southwest can help us out or at least get an update for our guys.
