Cockpit Jumpseat to San Juan?

I know we can't ride it internationally but do most carriers allow it to San Juan and other islands? I work for a regional.

Thanks guys! Got a good deal on a ticket yesterday so I bought it. No point in missing the cruise over a couple bucks! Good info for the future though thanks for looking into it for me.
