If the company computers have been hacked as IT said and our information was taken, maybe they should talk to Frank Woelke since it seems that he is now in possession of it and is using it.

So if they couldn;t get 100 anonymous names for a petition to Fishgold, how are the going to get 300+ for an NMB investigation? They would have to forge over 200 signatures.

I hope you’re right. But don’t underestimate them.

Here you can compare management’s proposals with our pilot proposals for the CBA. You can then compare those with the arbitraitor’s (spelling intentional) award.

Not defending FW, but your info is public record. Anyone can look up your personal info, on file with the FAA. FW is too dumb and lazy to that, so I’d say someone from company provided the addresses in this case

I get the public info thing. But, when yammer was still active and we sent out cards for our union drive, a bunch of yammer tools went full on drama queen and insisted their identities had been stolen and their privacy violated. So some of us are being facetious and sarcastic about the mailing from wookieboy, et al. And management definitely gave them everyone’s information. The off the street new hires received cards before they were even out of ground school. But you knew management were going to interfere from the start.

That would constitute company assistance which is against the law.
Impossible to prove unless one of them where to roll on management with evidence and testify in court. We can not just take them to court and put them on the stand they have already proven they will lie on the stand.

It’s not that simple. I wish it were.
