Just when we thought we had seen it all, now there is a group of idiots with Phenom Phill trying to arrange their own mediation for the pilots! Phenom Phill and his FOK buddies do not speak for me or any of the pilots at Flex/Flops and need to STFU and stop trying to derail our hard earned futures for their own personal gain. This BS has gone on long enough and is stopping now.

The IBT1108 speaks for me!

So YOU choose to live your professional life on your knees. Good luck with that. You seem to naively beleave this management team has you and your family's best interest in mind. This mismanagement team is after only one thing and it's to lower costs at Flex, just like they tried to do at Options. Wake up.

Cabbie, I hope when this is over we can be friends, but I'm sorry, I can't do it. I'm going to give my life's blood, even if it ruins my name to decertify.

El has fallen prey to the yam scam. Throw enough lies and misinformation against the wall and some will stick. It has stuck on him.

Would that be the same yam scam that has a few extremely gullible IGMs blaming the union for things the company is actually doing?

What I find most frustrating about the latest round of desperation fueled petitions is that some of the guys at it's nexus are people who readily admit they don't read anything and/or depend on other people's interpretation of the facts for their evidence.

If you are going to threaten my livelihood by doing Kenn Ricci's dirty work at least have the ********************ing respect of researching the evidence for yourself. But then again if you did, you wouldn't be doing his dirty work.

Is a few seniority numbers lost really worth the destruction of 500+ careers? Talk about selfish and short sighted. Respectfully el raton I didnt see you bitching about protecting the seniority of pilots above you (of which I am one) when you jumped off the ship in the kool-aid waters of red label.

Remember, in Kenn Ricci's world if you are not one of his favored 10% then you are collateral damage. It's in his psychopathic manifesto/book.

The hypocrisy is stunning. I'm on record with my lack of enthusiasm and faith in some of our leadership but it's not exactly like I stepped up to the plate so there's not a lot of room to complain. So even more stunning is the rally cries to muck this all up at the 11th hour is coming from people who obviously do have the time, courage or desire to stand up and lead. And you choose to lead by stabbing 500 plus non IGM pilots in the back by threatening to decertify, prolong arbitration and guarantee us a raw deal?

******************** you.

El good luck with that, the petition ultimately will change nothing. However it does show us one thing, just exactly how little support you guy's attempting to decert this union actually have.

I'm happy with the petitions for exactly that reason! They show (once you remove the fake names who signed) less than 25% support for this nonsense.

There are a couple petitions started on some website.

Phenom Phil references the latest petition on Yammer, the company sponsored anti-union website which Flight Options Pilots do not have access too. I spoke to a friend of mine the other day in Union leadership and he referenced a Statefarm commercial regarding the MCBA, " Oh it's happening Sweetheart" LMAO.

I hear ya, Imissy. I've accepted the hand that I've been dealt and have decided to move on. While I'm thankful for the paycheck, I'm miserable in my job.

I'm removing myself from this debate because I'm tired of being angry with both sides. I don't believe this job is worth the many battles we have to fight to win the war. Here are the few reasons why:
1. Kenn Ricci.
2. Kenn Ricci.
3..Kenn Ricci's business philosophy of Cheap labor, low overhead cost. This will never change.
4. Lack of competitive pricing for the product as well as customer friendly detail.
5. The constant battle between pilots. (Not options vs. flex) but the foks vs. the non-foks. This will go on indefinitely.
6. The teamsters.
7. Overworked with an unfavorable schedule.
8. I don't believe we are growing at a trickle.
9. I believe Flex pilots will get screwed in the fence negotiations.

What really lead me to this conclusion that this job will always be mediocre at best is the Option pilots. They are the most unhappy, pilot group I have seen. This has been the case for years, and they have representation. Now, I'm miserable here too. That starts from the top...Ricci.

Unless Ricci changes his business phylosophy towards pilots, nothing will change. Even when we have a contract. My life is too short to eat a ******************** sandwich every time I go to work. I will not accept this standard of working conditions for the next 20+ years. Ricci mentioned during a meeting that the new Flexjet might not be right place for some of us, and if it wasn't he invited us to leave. He's right. I'm looking for employment elsewhere. There's enough PDs in aviation to do his dirty work, he doesn't need me.

You guys take care and good luck.

It sounds like you were leaving, but you are still here. The sad part is, you took the bait with the short term gain only to hurt yourself in the long term. Go hang out with your buddy PD.

if you knew the individual this would not be a surprise.

We are back in arbitration Tuesday through Thursday.

I believe it is with out the Arbitrator, just the Union and Company. I am not expecting much progress, the real progress will be at the end of the month.

I'm gonna stick around. At least long enough to help the Flex side with decertification.
