When you have had a drunk MOD scream at you over the phone to "just fly the fukken plane". I tried to explain that the duty time plus the flight time made me illegal he hung up. Never heard about it again. The rote ignorance, paints a picture, that more than encourages almost everybody to want to "get out" eventually.

I'm not saying that didn't happen, but that is really out of character for anybody (including MODs or CS) that I've dealt with in my three years here. I would've been livid, and I sure hope you brought that behavior up to your CP or somebody in management. I know that kind of behavior is not tolerated here, and that MOD would have to answer for such actions. I'm pretty sure those phone calls are recorded too...

News flash, MOD phone calls are not recorded, not on my cell, and pretty sure if I called and asked him for the recording from his cell all I would get is more yelling, ie no recording. Sorry son you are way out of your league, you work for an At Will Employment company, do a google search and read up, real carefully. Then call a lawyer, get educated. I have survived this far for 15+ years, so you go ahead and do it your way, and I will do it my way.
BTW you get livid with an MOD and you will be unemployed before you hang up, ask one of your Captains about Don D.
