Every active Nja pilot I know FO to CA with 15 years in his mid 40s has apps in at every major.

If Nja management does not take the helm and drive this place then it's doomed. The doors are open and slides out. We are just not jumping.

Look here is the deal plain and simple. Most of the guys I know who fly 135 or 91k have flown airlines. Airlines are alot less work, not that an airline guy is less of a pilot than a frac guy because there not. Its just plain and simple its alot more work. Then you couple with the fact that the NJA guys are getting hammered every day. You start to ask yourself, well the EMT does not want to do anything but see how hard they can work the pilots. There not going to do anything to improve things so why stay go to the airlines and work not as hard. I know there are bennies to staying with NJA but everyone has there breaking point and I know guys that were there 5 months ago. The only thing guys seem to want to talk about is a rummor they heard about recalls. What was it an anouncement on the 1st now I am hearing the 15th soon it will be dec 1st. Point is when the active line guys are talking about rummors of recalls because there done with the current situation there is something wrong. Also the fact that NJA has something like 600 Pria request to date. I think its fair to say guys are thinking about leaving and thinking damn hard about it.

Nice to see Jordo is sticking to the playbook. Seems to be working nicely with many PIC's and virtually all FO's looking elsewhere for employment. Spoke with a pic buddy this week and he said NJ was getting 100-150 fatigue calls a week. I about fell over when I heard that. He was adamant that it was an accurate number. WOW.....

Current wages have been rolled-back to less than the 1998 payscales due to inflation.....

In other words, they are already paying us less than "the good old days.."

If you were making $80K in 1998...you should be making $115K to remain even with inflation. This does not include any changes in benefits.

Today, a 14 Year Captain earns $136,846.

I think most would be surprised how little inflation has impacted things. However, it still seems prices have gone up many essentials which squeezes everyone. Also, the Feds and states are picking our pockets with increased taxes and fees for everything from cellphones/telephones to gasoline to electricity to cable service, to liquor, to tobacco.

nja management is getting their pilots for so cheap its actually quite funny....unless you're a nja pilot.

its impossible for them to give concessions.....zero minus anything is a negative number.

meaning, the pilots dont have anything to give back...

meanwhile, 35 people in managment are paying less than 4% tax on their 2 million dollar bonus they just got....gotta hide the profit somewhere. you cant just burn the cash in the backyard.
