I'd say it will be open for maybe a day...two at the max.

They won't run 'pools' again. Those days are over.

Just saw that- thanks mokitty
Rest seems standard SWA app stuff

Would an fo be willing to post his/her take home pay, with years of service. I know it's a bit personal but it's hard to deduce what actual pay is just from a chart, so many variables. Thinking about ditching my overseas job, but have to run the numbers, any help is appreciated.

Also, would upgrade run about 15 years for a new hire?

7+ year $151k fly my line

Any predictions about upgrades beyond 5 years are dependent on too many factors- what we know is it would take growth to get there before 15 years and every legacy will be shorter-

A career at SWA now is about being into SWA- not about money or opportunity-

I'm near the bottom of the list and with zero growth I'm a 20 year upgrade. I'm at Airtran and they tell us we will work at SWA one day but that is just a rumor that has been floating around since 2010.

Apparently SWA is growing by 200 pilots so my 20 year upgrade is down to 19.8 years! Looks like I'll be a Captain before my newborn graduates college!
