We all know it doesn't change the list. I urge you to read the 27 pages. One of my favorite lines is this,"At the time that the various agreements that, together, constitute a single Seniority Integration Agreement, were negotiated, it was the expectation of all Parties that the B-717 aircraft leased and in service by AirTran would remain in service for AirTran or for Southwest at least until their leases ended."

I understand. The business model changed. I think the AAI guys should have gotten a re-bid, but what else do you want?
 
I just want the original intent of the agreement and nothing more. I realize the model changed, but it's at the expense of a couple hundred AAI captains.
