JetBlue is a great place to work. I am sorry that there is the 10% that will never be happy. Ask the people that have come over to JetBlue that have retired from other legacy airlines...............................

It's a GREAT place to work! If you were hired 12+ years ago...

It is a great place to work IF:

Your wife is a VP of some other company
You are covered by her health care plan
She has a retirement.

Other than that it is a great place to work if you were hired 12 years ago and:

You are single or

You are former Mil with your own Health care, Retirement and your wife teaches school or sold real estate in the early 2000s.

I'm gonna laugh my ass off when Obama folds retired mil health care benefits into the Exchanges.

How much is being sequestered in a few days?

Oh one more ... or you are furloughed from AA and to this day you think the DR is better than ALPA.

BTW, I'm fine here ... but I didn't sell my soul or check my brain like so many of those that the cult saved.

Sorry you have no other skill set other than reading a check list and flaring just before the aircraft says "Retard" ... "Just saying".

Agreed, though he seems to be missing some of those facts....

I hear ya. I am just sick of the he is new so he doesn't know crap. Or he has been here 12 years so he doesn't get it. He is from a regional so he is just happy JB is better than his regional, or he's military so health care doesn't matter, or cape air so he's young and dumb, or US air so he is old and has his, or he has recall right somewhere so he's a short timer. I have seen every prior career path bashed on at one point or another. JB has only been around 12 years so everyone here came from somewhere. So instead of bashing on eachother or saying where they came from or how long they have been here makes them an idiot why don't we all just get along, be happy, and get this vote moving along. I assure you it is easy to be happy, understand all the facts and still act and vote accordingly. Maybe it is just the Carribean meletonin that is making me less pessimistic today. Maybe I will be more angry when I am in the snow of the NE tomorrow.

Sometimes you do things just on principle, even if it isn't in your personal interest. In fact, doing something on principle ONLY means something in those cases. It's easy to be principled when the principle is in line with your interests.

I don't care for ALPA National, and the beauty of it all is that I don't have to justify myself to you or anyone else.

You sir are an idiot.

Reasons to vote for ALPA representation:

Access to the ALPA online forum

ALPA lanyard for your ID

A gold tiepin in the shape of wings

Nice glossy covered magazine

You can deduct your ALPA dues when you file taxes
