Seems this ship has finally run aground. The furlough rumors are coming true. Can anyone on the inside confirm?:crying:

Yep 30 notices out today or tomorrow for April 1 departure. Then who knows rumors of 4-5 a month or 20 a quarter or who the hell really a knows....118 by this time next year!

Sorry all....specially us who left once before for 2 years and decided to come back instead of bypassing thinking it would be good.....oooooops

O well here we go again!!!!!

Horrible news. Best wishes for all those affected!

Recalled everyone and then furloughed again. Stay classy San Diego!!!!

Yeah, what would you do? Everything was fine until the union got on property. I know myself and many other CA pilots feel it was what did us in. They don't make companys money now do they?

i wonder how many millions those thieves in management are taking while all these pilots are out of work.

Yeah, a union tard acting like it was all management. Forget the fact a union came on the property and in less than a year, the company sinks? Typical union Lemming response.

So, a minority of the people in the company got their union and now we are all losing our jobs. THAT is classy.

I think you accidently spelled union, instead of Textron. Without +cash flow why would they keep it running at a loss?

What i am trying to tell you in a joking manner is, companys that are profitable dont have much of a problems with unions. If you arent maknig money the union shops are an easy target to go after.

Really, other than Southwest, how have those 121 guys been doing? After 9-11 United was bailed out to the tune of 3.8 billion of our tax payer money. Yeah, management did it all.....lol. Now we have us (CA) and what about Netjets as well? Any REAL profits there. Wake up dude. I am not trying to be mean spirited but what has really changed with CA in the last 9 months? One thing, the union. They looked at the financials and saw the extra costs and bailed to save what little is left. That is not bad management, that is trying to stay alive. This job was not anywhere as bad as the union tards here and at our company where making out. I challenged them every chance I got, yet here we are....another failed union company.

Yes, it was the unions fault. Those are the facts. If I were BO, I would have done my best to identify those that voted for it and furloughed them first. They earned it.
