I would take age into account as well. There's quite a few 30 and 40 something captains at JB, whereas most of the captains at Airways will be retiring in the next 5-10 years. If you're near 40 or over, I'd say Airways might be better. If you're 30, maybe JB. Good luck either way!

Much better chance of recouping pay, benefits, retirement and you will have the opportunity to fly international someday.
Obviously you take the first class available but even if USair calls while you are in class still leave.

But you may know the wrong choice a lot sooner than that.You will know the correct choice the day you retire.
