Seems the Guido's Union are worse than I EVER thought. After doing everything under the sun to get the F9 Pilots under its thumb, hook, crook, lie, steal, etc. they have NO PLAN, NO INFRASTRUCTURE, NO CLUE on what to do with us. After a couple YEARS of waiting with baited Breath, nothing....? No plan, no change of CBA, no Communication, NOTHING! Now I can understand that HAVING work rules is ENTIRELY FOREIGN to you, but ya'll better get up to speed ASAP. One IBT dufus actually said they need our SENIORITY LIST before we can even sign on to the Dumpstah Unions web site! REAALAALLY! Where do the grievences go? "....uh we don't...uhhhhh have...... uh...." Nice work, IBT. No work rules? NO WONDER! BTW are you the guys who we caught embezzling association money or is that all cleaned up now? GAME ON!

You have to actually have something in the first place to be able to concede it. Not exactly a problem for any IBT carrier, since the IBT has never negotiated an industry-leading (or even industry-standard) pilot contract.
 
Concessions? Giving up a bit of work rules to get out from a Dumbstah's Union molesting and STILL have a better QOL than ANY IBT guy....except Gene Sowell.....Good LORD did ya'll get rolled on that! WTF? So what concessions could IBT give if asked? A change in the F.A.R's? I love IBT math though, Question: When does 100 really equal 99? Answer? When the IBT is counting.....IBT BLOWS! except the lanyards....So one contract, one voice blah blah....clock is ticking.....don't buy those Airbus Manuals just yet.....

So says the guy supporting the IBT who didn't fight for Midwest's 88 seat pay that blows away BOTH FAPA and IBT's pay rates.

You both stole Midwest's jobs as the cheaper solution, you reap the rewards. Keep bending over for BB. Pretty soon you will all feel what we have felt since 2008.

I'm gonna guess the IBT still won't fight for the 400 of us and hiring off the street will continue instead of recalls. I'm happy I voted for no representation, AT LEAST THAT IS THE TRUTH.

wait, what? The guy gets his ISL position around the end of August. What does the company have to agree to on that? Vacancies are filled in seniority order.....?
 
RAH does not have what you would call an exemplary record of honoring seniority order.

He REALLY doesn't understand the award as well as his own CBA.

How can a vacancy be filled by the IMSL is said vacancy award violates the Chautauqua CBA, the FAPA CBA, and the YX ALPA CBA.

Each CBA has definitions and vacancy language that must be negotiated. This is the "ways and means of integration" that Eischen contemplated. It is also a subject of the FAPA lawsuit.

Nothing is going to change on day 61. Sorry to burst your bubble.

ALPA had no leverage with 0 pilots on property. Has the IBT even used the Midwest rates? I'm betting no. But thats ok you have that "5 letters" moron running things with the IBT, things will get better.

Then again don't let FACTS get in the way when our 88 seat pay rates were 50% LARGER than your 99 seat ones at the IBT..............
