While I'm okay with unstacking for its intended purpose, I have a much bigger problem with the company trying to use unstacking in a non-holiday month to deal with poor staffing decisions (as they wanted to do in June). I also have a big problem with the reserve percentage continuing to creep upward with the union's blessing.
I agree. Junior guys get to work the holidays. That's the way it is. The issue is that the company WILL try and use this every month. Mgmt hasn't negotiated in good faith or operated in good faith for DECADES, and suddenly some guys are happy with PBS cause they got off reserve?
It's like the Stockholm syndrome.
