I just hope next month will be better than this month, the amount of open time and reserves is just ridiculous!!!
Just the saw the E mail from ALPA, thoughts, comments, anyone? Did not realize they could wipe an entire awarded schedule clean then rebuild it to fit company needs.
The company is laughing at all of us idiot pilots for voting in this pile of crap PBS.
Well played. They are getting EXACTLY what they wanted.
So you think the company WANTS to have trips uncovered and be short staffed every weekend month after month? The level of delusion is amazing around here.

Simple math tells me that we do indeed need to sell XJT on PBS if we decide we want to keep it.
You're right. If the schedules had been bad maxcackal, CRJ567, coopervane etc etc would have all be here at full force with their 'xjet are you watching?' rhetoric. All is quiet on their end now.
Not exaggerating. Plus, there is no need to sell the XJT guys on PBS, because they're getting it anyway
Exactly. Absolutely no way will ASA pilots want to go back to line bidding after getting a taste of PBS
Ya I get the feeling that the "unstack" option will be used every month from here on out as a way for the company to create schedules without having to hire more to cover the flying. I still think the company thought PBS would allow them to staff with current numbers, but the reality has been anything but.
I can't wait to see how the 3rd week of June turns out in DTW. Bout 20 3-4 days in open time that will have to be covered. I know they are already TDY'ing guys up from ATL, guess DTW is gonna go just like IAD has for the last 2 years. Awesome.
I ain't flaming you Cooper, nor central. I look forward to working with guys like you two, as well as welcome your input on the XJT message board as you both seem to be pretty level headed dudes. Just using your posts to make points.
Simple math tells me that if the unstacking language remains, as well as a whole slew of other language in the ASA PBS LOA, it can be "sold" all day long. Probably won't be bought though.
Yep, we're watching. So far, not too impressed.
See above, might be a "tough sell".
I think the jury may be out on this one, kinda early to tell for sure. Maybe as a clarification, ASA pilots may not want to go back to the way ASA ran line bidding.
