can capts put fo/fa on a list too? :smash:

Me thinks yes and no. The F/A seem to close first. So, it would seem that their awarded pairings will be known. Therefore, it should allow the Pilots (both Captain and F/O) to select or avoid pairings that the Flight Attendants are assigned. That would be a hoot!

Me thinks the Captains's bids are run before the F.O.'s. That should allow the F.O.'s to select or avoid pairings that the Captains have been awarded.

IMHO, they should alternate the award timings each month, so the Captains can avoid some of the F.O.s

Geesh! Why can't we all get along? Nevermind, I know the answer.

Not having a dog in this fight, but what are the traits of the "White Dragon" that makes for such a bad captain???

Award order : Capt, FO, FA.

CA = no (NO Fly/fly with) option
FO = CA No fly/fly with option
FA = CA & FO No fly/fly with option

CA does not need an avoid list, he's the CAPTAIN.

At XJT, we just trade away any pairing that has someone you dont want to fly with in the ILIW or the SLIW. Although, FOs and FAs do have a choice when they bid.

As captains, you have no say who is on your award. You're the captain for crying out loud, if you don't like something, fix it!

Now it all makes sense. I was too afraid to ask why my Feb. line has no FOs on it.

A bad pilot with a sexual identity crisis.

Coupled with a serious case of brain damage. She has scared a lot of people-probably not the recordholder, but certainly noteworthy.

-But she does wear comfortable shoes. She could probably fell timber all day in shoes like that.

I heard she has the "Hots" for Crj567 and has been seen changing clothes in the bag room down to her sports bra. Ugggggg!

With all due respect, it is F/A, Capt and F/O.

The F/A's get their awards earlier than the pilots. That is why the buddy bidding option does not work for them.

Haven't had the pleasure yet. However, I am of the "I'll fly with anyone once" school of thought. We'll see what happens to that after the first binder is thrown ;)

Not if you want to keep your tickets. Seriously. And, load up on NASA forms.

Cheers-

me hears flying w/ Cpt Shamrock worse than ef or the dragon, whatya think bout dat :D

All FO's that can't fly with someone are a bunch of whoosies. I mean someone can get on your nerves etc. I was an FO for years and never would let that ONE person affect my quality of life and trips. Man/Woman up and suck it up until you become the Captain.
