was gonna say, maybe if they'd fix a few APUs, this type of stuff wouldn't happen... same problem at ASa.
 
Anybody with any balls should refuse a plane with no APU:
1.) Hot summer days
2.) During the winter when anti-ice is required for T/O or landing.

That would go a long way towards solving the problem.

The CRJ200 is NOT meant to be operated with no APU in less than perfect conditions.

That's what you get for $8/hr.
 
We had a gate agent smack a 900 with the jetway in MEM. Ripped a hole in it! They said "That jetway never did work right" Duh, why use it?
