So in other words, YoYama is saying if, hypothetically, of course, if Delta or United bought SWA to increase their domestic market share, he would expect the SWA guys to get stapled.

The fairest thing to do would be to put it to a vote. Take a vote of the combined pilot groups about stapling the AirTran pilots to the SWA seniority list.

Most likely 100% of the SWA pilots would vote yes, and most likely the AirTran FOs and junior CAs would vote yes.

Probably the only NO voters would be the AirTran CAs, and a vote to staple would likely pass by a significant majority. You gotta admit that a vote is really the only, true and fair way to integrate both groups into one.
