You have got that right. NJASAP e-board has turned into the gestapo. Not even worth logging in anymore.

Now they are even starting to censor NJPILOTS.org it's getting really silly. If they are so worried about all of this public information staying secret, maybe they should secure the NJASAP site. Problem solved.

But no, they want to keep spending all of our dues on traveling to CMH to have meetings so they don't have to fly the line. Time for a change in our E-Board.

Airing our issues here is the very reason we were shut out of our own boards. Why would anyone give the EBoard ammo to say they made the right call on this one. I hope we prove them wrong, by keeping our mouths shut in public when it comes to PRIVATE, INTERNAL NJASAP matters. Your mileage may vary.

Can someone please explain what is wrong with posting on FI? Every other airline, fractional, regional, cargo, and charter can post here. What is the reason that NJ pilots furloughed or not cannot post on FI?

Like when your in the van and you try to predict the next days schedule...and there's always that guy that chimes in..."there's no use guessing cause it'll change.." I'm always thinking.."thanks for your opinion..I didn't know the schedule could change!!!"

The scary thing is, its not the company that is sicking the PI on you. It is our own union. I am actually freighted of our very own executive panel. Not only do they want complete control of the NJ boards but now they want control of the other board. Look out FI they are coming for you next.

I don't get what the big deal is. There is a growing number of people that are not happy with the direction of our union. We cannot talk about it on our own boards, we can't talk about it on the other board, and now they don't want us to talk about it here. I am thinking they are being' China-ish, definitely gestapo-ish.

And you are exactly right about the one guy in the van. I would love to just pop him in the jaw. Always 2%.

And e-board. We are gunning for you in the next election. Time for change.

If you are a non-furloughed pilot at NJA you can discuss and share your opinion about the union or the eboard. If you don't like what they are doing you can say that and not be kicked off the board. What you can't do is personally attack others and spread non-truthful information about others. I may not agree with everything the eboard decides, like excluding furloughed pilots from the main sections, but I am sick of the personal attacks and misinformation and I'm glad they are clamping down on it. Maybe now I'll be able to read an entire thread there without being so disgusted by my fellow pilots who just can't be civil that I have to just log off. What is very frustrating for me is that even the worst offenders sometimes have valid points so I can't just block them or I won't get both sides of the story. Hopefully the board will be readable once again.

They only want to sit in the office in Gahana and drink coffee and shoot the breeze. So you know they will be flighting tooth and nail to keep their beloved positions. You just watch. They already pulled a fast one and extended their terms, now wait to see how hard they fight to keep their positions.

It is sad, truly pathetic, that you stand upon your lofty tower above all of them and snipe at them from an anonymous board this way......It is a simple solution, If you dont like it, fix it.
Put your name on the ballot and show them how to run this place.

I will confirm one truth in your statement. They do sit in Gahanna and drink coffee...lots of coffee. That is because they are in there doing what we elected them to do. Covering our collective asses and trying to make this a permanent flying career for everyone else in the pilot group, and getting those furloughed back in employ.

I'm sure I'll be called a stooge or a minion of the e-board by yourself, but the fact remains that the needless sniping and unreasonable accusations are tiring to this whole pilot group. Make it constructive and logical and someone may listen.
