I was just denied the jumpseat on Saturday from ewr-iad by a Go-Jet Capt. He didn't even have the guts to tell me this, instead he told the gate agent to pass the message to me. This was after I had flown a red-eye from California, and was trying to get home. I just want to say thanks. . . and no I did not go and talk with capt. for I was too angry about the issue. . . especially beacause they told me this after boarding the aircraft, as I waited for 45 minutes after signing up for the jumpseat. . .

Shame on the furloughed guys going to gojet! They don't like getting furloughed then get mainline to recapture "their" flying. Until then we are fighting a race to the bottom at the regional level. If my FOM so to deny then I will deny. There are no clauses to help out a furloughed mainline pilot. They took that risk going there.

You my friend are they type of person that will have a jumpseat war started. You have never been through one of those I assume, and trust me you would not enjoy it one bit. No one ever wins.

Please, please god please send me a private message with your name or at least what carrier you fly for. Or if someone else knows his true identity, please forward it to me. I have a few United friends that youls LOVE to talk to this person.

I work for Mesaba if you don't like what's written in my company's FOM take it up with my company and our union. GoJet pilots have caused financial harm upon many of my friends that work at TSA. I have no respect for GoJet backstabbers.
Ps it's not a individually waged jumpseat war it is our company policy.

You guys need to post some names. I'll keep an eye out for them. I won't penalize someone for working for a specific company but will not hesitate to reciprocate the actions of an individual. Names please!
