You do realize that per diem is not required on day trips, right?
Some of you guys need to pull your heads far enough out of your ass to see the bigger picture here...

So what is your big picture? Nothing matters as long as I keep my left seat?
He means we have an 18 page list of other stuff that is far more embarrassing than per diem that we need to address first. I think current per diem rate is number 342.
Oh look what the cat dragged in. I was wondering when you would come out from under your rock! Any other disparaging remarks about Allegiant you would like to make before I go to bed?I wish you luck on your improvements, seriously!

So you don't eat anything during the day? Or is it you can't afford food? Not spending a single night away is good, assuming everyone lives in LAS or is forced to move there.
P.S. per diem is pay, dumb a$$
again, I seriously wish you luck with negotiating. After you guys gain a professional level of pay and benefits, then we'll compare profits. Your airline is profitable because you subsidize it.

Not true! Raising our pay to above Southwest Airlines rates would only impact our profit margin approximately 3.2 - 4.1%; that's hardly subsidizing anything. You have no idea what you're talking about. We would still maintain profit margins in the mid to high 20% range. This is one argument that the unions are going to have to abandon because it doesn't apply to our company. At the same time, it will help us in negotiating if management tries to claim it will jeopardize their margins. Try again.
Wow. You think the UAL pilots are overpaid and I have my head up my ass??
