Someone please send me the best method to post a scanned 501 on this board and I will give management man/child Skumza all the examples that he and Ricci can stomach.

I will have to start a new thread called "Flight Options Request Examples of Illegal Operations" and fill it with the obvious illegal 501's along with heart warming explanations of scenarios surrounding the 501. Others can join in on the thread by adding their favorite ones.
Skumza the 501s should have enough detail for you, date, tail number, mechanics name, illegal sign off. And the pilot's name? Huh?? Easy reading by anyone with good morals and a legitamate aviation background.

The FAA has turned a blind eye to the obvious violations made by Flops. They must be waiting for a body count before taking their job serious.

I'll be your Huckleberry!

Sure, as long as the entire document is shown - showing the name of pilot that wrote up this supposedly illegally signed off 501, then this idea is somewhat legit. Otherwise, don't bother making your point this way. But, posting private aircraft records on the internet may bring you trouble the union can't save you from...
You can share the 501 sequence # and tail number, this might work.

looks like skanza just got served.....

maybe you should'nt post anymore skanza, it just makes you look ignorant.

You know you're just inviting me to keep posting.
You may think I'm ignorant (based on what, I don't know), but you're displaying your ignorance by claiming this.

Remember, it doesn't matter what you think, or what I think. We are, after all, engaged in an internet debate. It will never end and no one will concede.

i always find it interesting that when pilots try to increase their income and provide for their families - it's greed. When mgt takes their yearly bonuses, stock options and then leave with a golden parachute - it's what the market values.

biggest union boondoggle in aviation history

I always find it interesting when pilots try to increase their income by holding the company hostage with a greedy collective bargaining agreement, jeapardizing the jobs of pilots and coworkers.

When management gives up their bonuses and stock options when profitability falters due to high labor costs, pilots fail to see that there is a balance that could have been achieved with a fair bargaining agreement. They think that they are the only ones working for the company and it all revolves around them.

Pilots complain about golden parachutes with management, yet they yell "victory" when Netjets dumps an unlimited amount of money into the biggest union boondoggle in aviation history, this company wide golden parachute program given to pilots that all of you are so proud of.

Of all people to throw that stone....

People living in glass houses shouldn't throw stones Broke, and if there is anybody here that should NOT be throwing the "ignorant" stone, it's you.

That big glass house that your union created is beginning to show some pretty serious cracks in it, and each stone you throw weakens the foundation for you and all the pilots around you.

Your use of "golden parachute" to describe NetJets Voluntary Measures is "novel," at best. "Wholly inaccurate" is probably a better description of your word choice here.

To help your vocabulary lessons:

The pilots did negotiate for Voluntary Measures. They were also offered to the other non-bargaining employee groups without negotiations by any Union -- in other words, simply by management's choosing. If management had offered EXACTLY the same package to everyone without pilot Union involvement first, would you then call it a management boondoggle? My guess is no and that you would have praised management for their care of the company and its employees.

as long as you get yours though right?

I understand that you're mad......get over it.

I dont understand why you are getting so upset over all this. Ive told you before I dont really care for unions, but until management begins to pay what the job is worth, they get unions. Yourself is to blame.

Only you can change things b19/skanza. Pay pilots what the job pays and you WILL avoid a union. Just like by brushing your teeth you WILL avoid cavaties. I am getting tired of saying the same thing over and over but that is your only option.

I cant make it any more simple than that. Its up to you, so save your typing skills.

that may be the funniest thing i've ever read. when in aviation has what you suggested ever happened and if it did, i'm SURE mgt took the paycut first to take care of those employees that you always say you value. BTW, how much was your bonus last year? $50,000? You are proud your airline is non-union. Sounds like it's doing pretty well. Did you advocate sharing the wealth with those that provide the service? I suspect not. cheap labor is one way to keep those stock options flowing in. Oh, i sure hope you don't have a mgt contract with your employer that specifies your compensation and isn't flexible for economic downturns. that would just be....greedy.

Steelersrule,

Since, I doubt B19 will answer any of your questions, let me answer one of them for you.

According to forbes.com, B19's bonus last year WAS $50,000.
