From what I've heard, 3% raise, 100% retro pay back to amendable date, no change to the duty day (10-1/2 hours max), some other QOL stuff. Not bad given it was negotiated in a terrible year for the industry.

Really makes me sorry I left, since I'd be making almost $53/trip now.

$53 an hour for Flight Attendants? You've got to be kidding me. So if every regional pilot skipped flight school and had showed up to Southwest FA school instead they would double their pay?! Oh, and no student loans.

Not a bad jump from the Gap to $53 an hour. Do you have any felonies? No. Do you have a high school diploma. Yes. Ok, you're hired.

Mach 92 they didnt give up anything. Where did you get that BS? Labbats its $53 per trip or around $60 per hour.

what year FA is that? is that top end...and if so what is top end, 12 or 15 years? how many trips/or hours a month is normal?

Top out is in year 12. When I left I was flying about 4 three day trips a month and usually crediting over 100 trips per month. That worked out to 19 or so days off per month. I was about number 400 out of 1000 in HOU.

And you left that to become a pilot?! Unless you married a Southwest pilot and can handle the $ situation, that's an odd move.
