I have done many international classes and if you are looking for real international training, I HIGHLY recommend NOT going to FSI or Simuflite. Both are a waste of time compared to Scott IPC.

My initial with Scott IPC last year cost between $1200-$1500 in VNY. They do road shows so just call them and they'll give you all the info.
 
I did the ATI online initial course recently. TONS of info, test is a bear. The videos get a little boring, most are from a live presentation so you can hear the people coughing, etc.

Well put-together but needs some polishing.
 
It's not available yet, so fat lot of good it'll do ya, but FSI will soon have Recurrent Int'l Procedures on the e-learning.
