Established list?
Even if you ignore the Nicolau list the AWA seniority list is definately established. USAPA wants to alter that to benefit the East.
Advantage to one group? From what starting point?
If you want an explanation please re-read the Nicolau Award.
Good thing the court of law isn't conducted on an anonymous web board, where there's no accountability for the use of inflammatory and bogus terms that serve only to skew opinion (and to appease the writers sense of righteous self-importance).
True. I'll leave you to ponder which side is more guilty of this.

If so,what concern is it of yours ? I believe on some other post you made mention of the fact that youre a United pilot. If that's the case, I think you would be more concerned about your own problems over there rather than what's going on between the east and west pilots of USAir; don'tcha think ??? I know I would be. Unless of course you have the poor misfortune of being married to and/ or dating a USAir goon.....

A Proud non-member

Nope no married interest. Yeah we got plenty of problems at UAL but this is FI, a place of entertainment. Do you really think these posts resemble reality. Do you think USAPA or the "non members" group come here for guidance?

America West, the airline that purchased the twice bankrupt U S Airways. We had 4 of them 1989-1992

Really, fred? And how much did America West pay for US Airways? And, while we are indulging fantasy, where did all that money come from? (Perhaps it came from all the leftover revenue those four whales produced for you guys, um, prior to entering your own CH11  )

America West might not have purchased them, but Air Wisconsin came pretty close buying 15% of the company and giving US Airways enough cash to last long enough to merge in the first place. Of course then they sold their stake when the stock was ~60 dollars per share, making a cool clean 500 mil off the deal. Just a thought.......
