Looks pretty good.

Looks like most frax did well in 2008, NJ, CS and FX probably made a few bucks. 2009 is gonna suck for everybody.

Anyway, congrats to Avantair

So if Flexjet and Citation Shares "made a few bucks" last year, and still cut their pilot rosters, are we supposed to feel things will be dramatically different at Avantair?

If was junior at any fractional I'd be smelling the savory aroma of fresh brewed coffee and wondering......:bomb:

Inhaling Now

If by holding my breath I could save your job.....I would do it. However, not even that radical procedure would have saved my buddies at CS, Options, and Flexjet who are now suffering from the melt-down.

I hope your company can pull through, but the other fractionals undoubtedly thought they were well positioned to weather the storm as well.

Cool plane BTW

Anyway, congrats to Avantair

Thanks for the compliment. The sooner the economy turns around, the better for all of us. We ALL need to be successful and comfortable, not just a lucky few of us who happen to be in the right place at the right time.

BTW, I'm a former Colgan Beech pilot and I'd like to express my best wishes to the families of the Colgan Q400 crew and passengers involved in this morning's Buffalo accident.

Are you looking at the same financial statements that I am? Not only did Avantair post a loss, the balance sheet is shrinking. Spin it however you want, but the 4th quarter was not very good.

Wow, a person who's smart enough to know the complex legal and financial requirements that govern a publicly traded company. And, presumedly flies for a living. Astonishing.

Cavpilot is wrong. Positive ebidta and record sales are the key. 53 cards and 17 shares most coming from competitors. The progress in the financials is nothing less than astonishing. When others are letting people go AvantAir continues to hire. AvantAir has a lot to be proud of. The jealousy of others will not get us down. I guess the bad quarter caused the stock to go up.
