Anyone know details of chataqua ceasing operations for CAL out of IAH and who is taking over that flying when it happens?

thanks

I'm sure the Reverend Bedford might be able to buy some more flying down there; wouldn't be the first time something like that happened.

If I remember correctly, CHQ has a 10 year deal for the EMB-145 aircraft, and they signed a temporary 3 year deal to cover the short term leases on the CRJ equipment. When the CRJ's leave they were supposed to be replaced by EMB's from the USair system if needed.

Dream on.....and its called "CHAUTAUQUA".

No one is leaving except the CRJ's

Are you stupid? What is that supposed to mean?

Oh yea...CAL has said the CRJ WILL NOT be replaced. I dont think BB is parking his pos aircraft in the litter box anymore ;)

No one is replacing the CRJ's when we park them. It is a planned reduction in Coex service. CAL wants fewer 50 seat aircraft, just like every other major out there.
