NEW YORK (AP) -- Southwest Airlines Co. may add flights to a third new major U.S. airport as early as next fall, as the low-cost carrier shifts its traditional focus on less-trafficked, secondary airports.
In an interview with The Associated Press on Wednesday, Chief Executive Gary Kelly said there are "decent odds" the Dallas-based carrier will look to add flights to a new major U.S. airport next year, following the addition of Minneapolis-St. Paul and New York's LaGuardia Airport

Never ATL... too much AitTran there... CVG would make sense since it's being completely abandoned

From the Market Watch article, "Kelly said he was confident his airline could maintain its high standard for on-time efficiency despite the airport's reputation as a traffic bottleneck."

It would be so much fun being a fly on the wall in whatever NYC office those Texans from SWA meet in telling the Port Authority how to do its job.

The Port Authority is not PHL. Looks like Kelly and crew will have to learn this lesson the hard way.
