Nope, Over. The appeals process can take years and there is no way Parker and the BOD are going to wait that much longer to get this mess over with. Parker is just waiting for the perfect scape goat to implement the Nic award..."the Judge made me."

Besides, USAPA is going to be BK and dead and gone long before any appeals process gets worked through.

The Nic award is the reality that the East needs to come to grips with. It was the end product of fair, due process.
