Your fellow Delta "brothers" are judging you based on the fact you fly a "little" DC9.....You are going to get the short end of the stick on this deal......Nothing more than DALPA going for the gold just as NWALPA is expected to do. Should i sue somebody?

What is the difference between a "regional" and a "mainline"....Is it like the difference between a MD80 and a DC 9? Different arguments. The 80's and 9's are flown at the same level and no i dont think there is a difference. Regional to Mainline is more like JV and Varsity in comparison. (not that the pilots are any better or worse but they are on different levels and play on different nights)

Funny that you are doing the same thing that you oppose being done to you.....The irony here is rich....I am doing nothing of the sort. Keep making stuff up. You're comparing a regional to a major, there is a difference there. Regionals are on different levels of the industry. If the planes at the regionals were on the mainline list then that would be a different story. I believe they should have been that way to start.

This is too good......:uzi:

Whats "to good" is your never ending stirring of the pot in discussions you arent a part of. You could have made the move long ago but choose not to. To each his own but your preaching about getting a free ride and cut in line on a mainline seniority list is embarrassing. You made your decision, good for you, now deal with it. Good luck

Joe,

Give it a break. There is no irony. Why did the contract you negotiated put the ATR above the E120?

.....because that was the system ALPA put in motion.....Actually the original TA had a paycut for most of the ATR folks because we were a minority.....So we took over and fixed things for ourselves.......The ATR didn't have support for what we did based on ALPA contracts....That was one of things we fought with ALPA......

You need to give it a break.....You have changed your tune now that you wear the double breasted coat....The NWA DC9 folks are the same RJ folks you fought for when you were at ASA.....You have changed your tune....

BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH.
You sound like charlie brown's freaking school teacher.
Twist it anyway you want to scumbag! Maybe its time for Dan to come on here and defend you since you obviously can't!

The person I was responding to was a principal RJDC supporter at ASA.....Now he is a Delta pilot....When he went to DAL, he asked that I not identify him because he was worried about what would happen to him....Nice "brotherhood" we have.....More like a mob....He is good guy and shouldn't have to worry about that....

Now he has a different opinion because he is on the other side of the fence.....We have a problem in this so called union....and anyone who doesn't admit we have a problem, is simply part of the problem.....

You're right. You ARE part of the problem. So LEAVE. Quit ALPA. Better yet. Use some of that hot air you have to satisfy Dan and get a decertification drive going. Let's see how well you are at that? All you know how to do is sit behind your keyboard and continue your babbling BS drivel! You haven't done anything productive for this union, or brotherhood. Matter of fact, you and your cadres of losers at the rjdc have done more damage then any scabs could have ever done!

God how this thread went from DAL, NWA basing to ALPA and RJDC crud is beyond me.

It's the Third Axiom of Flightinfo -- "All threads in which Joe Merchant makes an appearance will devolve into an RJDC thread, without regard to reason."

I've got the mathematical formula somewhere in my notebooks.

Actually it affects ASA and CMR now.....As a result of the JPWA, the flowback now can be forced on ASA and CMR....RJDC has had to go back to the judge as this violates the settlement agreement and both the ASA and CMR PWAs.....

This is a huge issue as furloughs are becoming more likely each day as the stock market continues to crash and the credit markets remained locked up....

Joe, can you be more specific about the flowback provisions? How can they flowback if your agreement doesn't allow for it? This is the first I've heard of that issue.
