I know plenty of pilots that carry a "list" and will deny jumpseaters if they are on the "list." And, I also know pilots who will deny jumpseats to GoJets. It's a necessary evil.

I'm sure the j/s rep at your company would love to explain why they bumped a Delta guy or somebody at another major whose name happened to be on that "list".

so could anyone tell me what GJ future hiring plans are? upgrade, how senior is ORD? that kinda stuff.

thanks,

Can't we all just agree that the first mental battle scene from Scanners was really messed up?

awwww poor guy..feeling left out. tsk tsk tsk
bet you don't say anything to me in the airport...tool.
you guys are sooo tough on the computer.

Well I'm actually tough in person too...

That being said nobody really has ever pissed me off on here...or in general for me to display my "tough" side. I just smile and nod at anyone wearing the uniform.

Only one pilot has tried to start **** with me...and unfortunately he worked for you guys.

I'm glad I live on the west coast and never have to put my family on any of your flights.

Man up and do the right thing. Stop dragging the industry down.

What IS the right thing? Say, for a laid off ATA 757 captain? Should he go to a regional with no growth due to scope and get paid his current unemployment wages or go to a regional with very similar pay/work rules as the rest but unlike others, currently with explosive growth which means no unemployment-like wages?

Hope you don't find yourself in that situation.
