Not a 747 driver, but how low on power could they be when full of flowers? Hope the crew is ok.

Wow. Add one more person to the 'The General is a tool' list.

Sheesh, that was Colombian humor.......you need to tone it down and LOCK IT UP.

Bye Bye--General Lee

Some of my friends narrowly escaped death and others are fighting to stay alive. I am sure you can understand why I am not amused. You need a lesson in tact.

General Lee is a pathetic troll who's well known for his posts. Nothing he or she has to say has any value...don't let it bother you.

Thanks Dad. That's what you said to Mom and she threw you out. I was sooo happy, you bast#$%D.

Give it a break. I was making fun of the FARC, not Kalitta pilots. Lock it up.

If I understand the comment you are wondering if they were heavey??? The flowers are packed in something to keep them moist, ie lots of water so yeah the loads can be very heavey

Flower loads going out of BOG are usually loaded right at the balanced field length, requiring max power for takeoff. Any airplane and engines that do this routinely require tip-top engine maintenance, which a lot of the scumbag freight outfits do not do.
