looks like a cl600 maybe it had one of those original doors that fedex had on the plane that opened up instead of down
hmmmm don't see a any probe right under cockpit window and the tail though not shown looks like it is tapered into the rudder not elongated .......... but anyway i figured maybe door not closed amd got swung up by the slipstream

Nope. Plug FED's are not typical on smaller planes.
Well I was thinking one of my CRJ driver buds said theirs was a plug door and since it's a derivative of the Challenger...

Whats up with the FAA saying that it was a CL 60? And it was a 20 pax aircraft! It surley couldnt be a reporter mistake. Although I have learned allot about the feds lately............

Yeah, and a king air 200 is certified for 15. But i think they only use that config for jumpers.
