Anyone here in the April 14th class at Virgin America?

Bad choice, dude.

You think things are better at JB? Please enlighten me. I think you will find JB now is not JB of a few years ago. If you want to wait 8 years for the left seat then it's ok.

Personally I really like the Virgin business model. The people that work there love it. Personally I want to work somewhere that the employees like to work. I don't want to sit next to some "life sucks" captain or first officer for hours on end. And don't forget there was a lot of negativity towards Southwest pilots when they started out also. Guess that turned out pretty bad eh?

The fact of the matter is aviation is a crap shoot. You play the hand you feel you have the best chance of winning with. I am glad to be at Virgin and no I didn't leave Evergreen to come here.

And I do believe this thread was looking for guys in the April 15th class. I wasn't looking for opinions on whether or not I should work here.

Virgin sucks.

No, not really.

Have you worked for Evergreen? I loved my two years there. I got to experience wide body international ops. I got to see parts of the world I would have never been to otherwise. I don't regret my time at EZ at all. Yes they are going through a tough time at the moment but that doesn't negate that there are some great guys crewing their planes. I take it you have always worked for "blue chip" companies?

Virgin sucks.

This thread isn't about who "sucks" and who doesnt. If you like the place you work then more power to you. There are many places that I have no interest in working but I don't feel the need to tell them how much their company "sucks." If you dont like Virgin then never apply here. It's just that simple.:)
