Buddy Fu--er can burn in hell. Rotten piece of sh--. But it doesn't really matter what he thinks. It will all be settled soon, and not in a way that will make him very happy.

I hope to God your right...

One List to rule them all...

We can all hang together...or we can all Hang seperatly.... (I have had to many beers to credit the source but God bless him too)

Are you referring to the lawsuit brought from PNCL ALPA against Pinnacle holding corp?

If so, I wouldn't mind that happening either, even with the DOH. From what I understand, PNCL has lost alot of the senior guys and the 2 pilot groups are similiar in seniority.

Now we do have a handfull of folks from the early 90's, but, our group is only a little over 400 pilots, so the dent in PNCL list would be small.

Personally, the sooner we have representation the better. I am fairly senior, and my QOL sucks, so it can't get any worse.

Don't forget guys, it was 151 to 155...there is a large group of CJC guys(gals) who get it...not all of us are tools who believe all this BS sent over from MEM.

well if pcl saw that far into the future (as far as a whip), than i guess so. but i don't believe they did. they never wanted to negotiate with you, and this was just a good opportunity for them. i think it just fell into their lap financially. we all lose in their plan and they don't care. just my .02...

and it has nothing to do with faith, just position.

I dont really know what you are saying. But a whip saw has been in pt's master plan for a long time. But you will come to find out very soon that the pinnacle pilots did not lose this time. Justice will be done.

i'm not sure how to say it any other way. we were not in the loop when the master plan was devised. we just fit in when the opportunity arose.

- "let's screw the pilot group"
- "o.k., cool"

later that day...

- "hey, just heard cjc is for sale"
- "cool, let's buy'em up and use that in our plan as well"
- "yeah, cool"

point - none of this is cool. and better yet, how about WE find out together? i am behind you guys 100%.

I would be in favor of a blended seniority list with respect to date of hire. It would be fair for everyone involved, both companies are pretty young.

The final award in the ongoing scope arbitration is expected by weeks end. While the details are still not available for dissemination the arbitrator’s decision is very favorable for ALPA. A full analysis of the decision should be available by next week.
