I am and we did get raise. but as you know we voted it down. You talk about your fo rates, but have you seen your ca rates. I forgot you don't need to worry about that anyways, never mind.

trust me, that's what the negotiating committee cares about here is CA rates. don't believe me, ask FlyWolf.

when are you upgrading? yeah, that's what I thought. don't be so quick to bash another carriers upgrade time when yours are going way up also. i'm guessing you voted YES at mesa in 2003.....

besides we have 88 seats in our 717's versus 117 for you. i would expect our pay (and more importantly our FA pay) to go up a lot when the seating capacity increases this summer. 12.5% is my starting point.

Once upon a time I was hoping that Airtran buy us and form a strong combined airline, but after seeing what happened to Lear70 because he stood for all pilots I am thinking thank God it didn't happen, what happened to Lear70 is exactly why I left my previous job.

What is your current upgrade time? You think your management is going to give you a fat raise just because they've wised up and turned your airplane back into a DC-9 not an RJ?

Kharma, don't forget you're in the airline business, today you are making fun of us here at Midwest, tomorrow it could be a different story

You think NWA hasn't pulled that kind of stuff?

9 years and only going up thanks to Prater signing off on age 65. There was a hiring freeze/furlough after 9/11 for awhile so the true number is a little less than 9 years. AAI's is 3 1/2 years according to airlinepilotcentral. It's only going to go up as deliveries slow down. Lear70 explained this I thought, ie not relying on CA rates at AAI as he expected to be in the right seat for quite awhile.

I HOPE you get FedEx+10% on ALL rates, especially on the 717. I am sure the Hawaiian 717 pilots would agree with that target also.

I don't know what management will do, I'm telling you what I am expecting for us. Less than that and no will be voted. Our flight attendants deserve a raise also as they will deal with the incurred responsibility immediately.

I'm not making fun of anyone, I like you guys. However, I'm not going to sit back while one of your own tries to throw mud at my fellow pilots or myself.

NWA? last I checked Midwest was still Midwest and NWA had no control over us, when NWA take control of us I might change my stand

hahaha. saying I want you to get a RAISE is "slinging mud". hahaha. you're my hero kharma, "defender of all that is right".

CL, I put 25% min increase in the survey :)

well to be honest I put scope as my #1 issue. skypest needs to go...

now if only we can get more than 33% to participate, we might get somewhere.....

I'm sorry, bad example. How about totally firing one group of pilots (Skyway) and replacing them with another (SkyWest). Is that the kind of airline people would want to work for?

My upgrade is still around three years. My problems with you and your arrogant attitude any time you fill like looking me up feel free.
