Consider this...If you showed up at a SkyBus gate and told the gate agent that you think you should get a seat for free what do you think they would tell you?

I think they would tell me 9 dollars please!!!

If doing something that "lowers the bar" is reason to exclude from the jumpseat...... then there won't be many of us riding the jumpseat..... Including those who paid Gulfstream to sit in the right seat.....

Lot's of people in glass houses throwing stones.........

...a significant stock options and profit share package unique in the airline industry today which, depending on airline financial performance, can make them the highest paid pilots in the US"

Any truth to this statement?

Probably about as much truth as CommutAir telling us our ESOP will make us all millionaires if we stayed long enough to be fully vested...

and those who sued the Assocaition.... there are no rocks and stones about your house....

BS. These individuals have done some irreparable damage to the industry as a whole by redefining the bottom, accepting the same rate that MESA pais to their captains (which is low to begin with) to fly an Airbus is no better than to cross a picket line or to lie about your hours on your logbook. These individuals are bottom feeders that accepted this position because 1) SJS to create resume and move on 2) they are SCABS and this is the only job they can get 3) They have checkered past and this is the only POS job they can get. They did not consider the repercussions of what this will do to the future earnings of your sons and daughters if they decide to venture into this career and the long term effects that setting a new industry low will have. They don't deserve ANY common curtesy

You're such as a$$! And an uneducated one too. Please keep picket line crossers and scabs in a separate category. people like you make this world dumber and dumber

I like Skybus, the girls that work there are slutty.

Not sure if it matters at your company, but the letter I received from the Skybus jumpseat coordinator stated they will take any 121 pilot or dispatcher as a jumpseater reciprocal agreement or not. The letter was also very professional and respectful.

I don't like the Skybus business model any more than you guys do, but I don't like the thought of any pilot being away from their family longer than they have to.

How many of those pilots went there with the intention of getting the Airbus type, a few hours, and taking it to another airline? I don't know, and neither do you.
