PDT Managment would have nothing to do with it, to put it correctly as nothing was signed ( as a flow back ) But how can they be mainline pilot jack stephan has spend enought time to block any flow thru and has said many time that there is no flow thru so where did thoses guy come from when did they interview?

Officially, these pilots were hired in 04.

Obviously no interview, but they did fill out all the pertinent "new hire" paperwork when they showed up for class.
It was just the perfect storm of circumstance that allowed this to happen.
The ML union did, even then, state there was no flow, I remember that was the huge risk to go to MDA at that time. Everything was an unknown.
I am not commenting if this is right or wrong, it is just what happened.

The ML MEC state there is no flow thru? well it's signed black on white by PDT, PSA, Managment, Alpa and recognized by all. Except AAA MEC well they don't know what a binding arbitration is either, shame on the US EAST pilot for using Managment tactic against an other alpa airlines (PDT AND PSA) I hope you guy's get what you deserve... I'm sure you will one way or another

I agree there was to be a flow. In that agreement it said the WO pilots will flow back to their respective WO. (period) ML pilots will flow back details to be worked out later.
So you see the WO pilots were already worked out, it was the ML pilots that had to work out a flow back.
But at the time, and if you are honest with yourself you will know, the attitude at PDT was to hell with those guys, "they made their beds", I dont want to lose my upgrade screw them, etc.
Your last line was/is exactly what was going on then.
I think that ML should honor the agreement and work out a flow, but guys like you screwing over your own, while cursing the ML does not promote any cohesion with the ML MEC.

PDT managment offered flow back as first year FO witch ( I agree ) was not good enought, what did you expect us to do?

PDT managment did not want the flow back as nothing was signed how were you force them to do it?

That was true once the 190 order was announced, however when facing a flow back of 100 pilots Very few at PDT wanted anything to do with it. I spoke personally with 2 MEC members, and it never even went to mgmt. All the excuses why varied around the theme of "my constituents do not want to lose their current positions" The PDT MEC chairman himself told a couple of the MDA pilots that he could not help them as he was not representing them.
All these pilots were furloughed. Then once the 190 order was announced PDT all of a sudden wanted to help us out. At the same time the latest Q-400 rumor fell thru. Coincidence Im sure.

At this point I agree PDT MGMT would not hear it, but all the good will gained by the cel pilots at ML for PDT was lost, so the pressure needed from them to influence PDT mgmt was lost also.

Good luck to you my friend...we did file a griviance against US Air (east) let see what happen, sad to see the west supporting us, not the first time that mainline east been fighting against us...

How'd you manage that? Last I checked you can't attempt to sue another ALPA unit.

Now, if Airways is successful in booting ALPA off property I'd expect ALPA National to be throwing money at PDT and PSA to fund all the lawsuits against USAPA that they couldn't file when it was USALPA.

Interesting times we live in.

You wrong we did file a griviance against US East, now since you you don't know what going on keep your trap shut, thanks.

I didn't waste my time reading two pages of nonsense. I posted a similar post on another thread. Why don't you wanna be flow thru people get off your a$$ and apply to other airlines? Judging by your mainline hate and jealousy, why would you want to flow up to join your fellow "Mainline A-s-s-h-o-l-e-s", as one of your stellar colleagues put it, to further your career with?

True story: 3 deadheading PDT crwemembers on mainline. Pre-boarding, captain and FA bad mouth mainline for the entire boarding process. Me, the FO at the time, just observes. As we board, the mainline FA's offer our crew first class on the mainline jet. I accept as the other two losers decline out of stupid spite. I enjoyed my legroom and fine hospitality as the other two chumps stewed in thier jealous misery. They really showed them.
