There is no simple answer, as you know.
The very reason the MDA guys scream we "denied" them flowback is the seniority issue- why jump from the right seat of a Dash to the right seat of a 170, back down to the left seat of a Dash and senior to BC with 34 years of service- with a grand total of 4 years' work?
It is very possible to protect the longevity and seniority of this issue, but extremely complicated.
I hope it can be done.
Yeah it's true true STFU mainline maggot!!!!
That is not true, Nobody that came from a WO expected anything other than to go back to their original seniority at PDT.
We were all told (with vigor) to go pound sand.
Now is a different story, I have no idea how it will pan out.
Considering the way the AAA MEC threat us, take it as a compliment, or if you want to I'll be more than happy to tell y'a how I really feel. Don't you think it's strange that the W.O pilot are taking side with the AW pilot? That should tell you something.
No but they did go from Piedmont to Mid Atlantic to a Captain at PSA. How that works i will never know!
PDT Managment would have nothing to do with it, to put it correctly as nothing was signed ( as a flow back ) But how can they be mainline pilot jack stephan has spend enought time to block any flow thru and has said many time that there is no flow thru so where did thoses guy come from when did they interview?
I agree there was to be a flow. In that agreement it said the WO pilots will flow back to their respective WO. (period) ML pilots will flow back details to be worked out later. The ML MEC state there is no flow thru? well it's signed black on white by PDT, PSA, Managment, Alpa and recognized by all. Except AAA MEC well they don't know what a binding arbitration is either, shame on the US EAST pilot for using Managment tactic against an other alpa airlines (PDT AND PSA) I hope you guy's get what you deserve... I'm sure you will one way or another
