yeah good company, but we are below industry average on pay/benefits/QOL. If they fix that, it would be a GREAT place. Question is, will they fix it?

But yeah, flex is cool. Good planes, good crews, good owners.

Best of the bunch. You will never hear a complaint about Flex!

hey just got my interview date with FlexJet. Anyone have any inside opinons of FlexJet?

Just research, and ask FLOPS pilots how management is treating them, as we just voted in a union. Looks like the union vote is right around the corner at FLEX, and its no free ride. Its a fight, and management will fight the pilot group for every penny. So you need to talk to other pilots as well.

Now that I know better: great job, good career!
But, that sums up most Fractional jobs.
Use Flex as an opportunity to meet people and generate contacts.
The best job in aviation is a great corporate gig.
Fly safe- rum

Yeah Rum.. but the people you are flying for are not in the business of flying.. they are in the business of business.... there is no job in the world worth that....The airplane is usually the first thing to go

My opinion on flex is that they are a good company, but their pilots are leaving to go to NetJets... HUMMMM

Well, I work for a company that values corporate aviation and will not change. Our aircraft are a corporate tool and according to our last evaluation of 11/07 to the CEO to justify our department we beat charter and fractional handsdown!!!

I can't reveal numbers here but our flight department budget in relation to the companies' budget relate to an Ant on an Elephants arse!

Cheers-rum
