It's very possible to be a 747 captain at a young age at one of the scumbag freight outfits, albeit probably being paid commuter captain wages, and no retirement plan. However, the good ones are usually gone to safe and responsible airline within a year or two.

He'll never respond again after begin confronted and owned. Right now he is trying to figure out a way to convience us and make sure his math is correct.

Not going to happen.

I was C-152 Capt at 16
MU-2 at 24
Dornier at 27
CRJ at 29
737 Capt in ............38-42 range.

Kneel Suckers. LOL

Pilotbrain,

One year ago you made the following statement:

http://forums.flightinfo.com/showthread.php?p=1140288#post1140288

One year ago you were a skywest pilot, and had been for five years. But today, a year later, you're a captain in a B747. Care to explain that?

Or how about this post, made only a week or two prior to the last one, in which you say you tried for Skywest, but didn't get the job? The thread involves MarineGrunt, who was invited for an inteview with Skywest...this is your response regarding the simulator...

How about this one...you're the youngest captain the B747 ever...but a year ago you were seeking employment flying LR35's and King Airs in Pueblo...

http://forums.flightinfo.com/showthread.php?p=1127647#post1127647

In August of last year you were making twenty three dollars as a regional F/O...not at Skywest, mind you...the place where you've been for the last five years before you miraculously upgraded to be the youngest 747 captain in the world...

I think it's safe to say that any hope of credibility you might have once had, is clearly gone. Good luck.

HAHAHAHAHHA He busted your ass!!!!!!
Some people play flightsim so long they "pilotbrain-wash" themselves! WHAT A F*****G TOOL!!!!!!!!!!

PCL128 is a perfect example. A very well-qualified Part 121 Jet Captain in his early 20's. .

Now I wouldn't say very well-qualified.

Back when I was playing legion ball, I hit two home runs from each side of the plate in a tournament game. The announcer said that hadn't been done in our region of play ever! Thought I was hot sh*t until the catcher of the opposing team hit 3 and won the game (hey, it wasn't a pitcher's duel ok?). There's always someone worse and someone better than yourself. If you have to validate yourself by what's on the back of your pilot certificate, you need to get some friends. Try joining a sewing circle pilotbrain.

Friend,

You're almost 40 years too late if anyone wants to be impressed with the title of "747 Captain"

It's kinda like bragging that you just banged Elizabeth Taylor last weekend, while ignoring the fact it's almost 2008, not 1958.

But if it works for you, go for it. ;)

Some years ago at age 26 I was a 727FE and I was the oldest guy in the cockpit (non sked 121)
I don't think anybody really cares at what age someone is a 747 CA, I certainly don't........

Ed at UPS got there through their Cert. Holder IPX. Just for history those 26 pilots at IPX are at the UPS top; no matter what good deal anyone else got.

He was 24 with the B747 ck out., last I saw he was num. 5; my college roomate is num. 8 over there !!!! "yeah for me".

Paul at CO is the one who made the B747 video, but not that young even back then.

Pilotbrain, I think I was the youngest (19) to b@ng your old lady. Anyone else younger than that?

I think the horse she shtupped last night was only 3 years old. sorry dude.

we'll never hear another word from that guy on this forum, he doesn't have the b@llls to stand up to his bullsh!t.

i will be flying the 7-four-tee-7 until i'm 6-tee-5.

sorry, wrong thread to post to.

There is a guy at C360 (at least I hear he is there) that was the youngest 747 Capt in the world the time but this was the early 80s. He was 27. I asked him about that and he said, it was a different world back then. Not as much competetion as today. Personally, I think thats pretty cool but its all about timing. I though I was the youngest 747 Capt where I am at 36 but one of my classmates beat me by a couple of years. All about timing.

How many of you have had a United guy at a job fair tell you that the 4000 hrs you have a 27 cant' be real.

No I'm at CO, but like I said my ERAU roomate was IPX, and now #8 there. I just know that the IPXers are the top, no body is above any of them.

'CALEWR' yes, Paul is now B777, but at PE he was B747, that's when he made the video that is still making him money.
