I am hoping to upgrade to captain in a year. I am looking for captains that I can keep in touch with and mentor me. I am especially looking for captains with good decision making skills that can guide me on how to properly follow the FARs, make good decisions under stress and in split second conditions. Of course, I'm looking for mentoring in other areas as well. I'm hoping you'd want to mentor me through the rest of my career as well.
