You missed the point. With regards to what 328 Dude was actually talking about, your generic argument does not apply. The training observation rides can be done on any flights at any time. It would be courteous to NOT do these rides on flights that are both full AND heavily commuted, like DAL-HOU-DAL on a friday at 17:30, when a nice Midland turn on a Saturday will do. The Dude is right.
