Talked w/ my ACP today trying to get an idea for my M&G sponsoree back in late June. Here's what he said...
"Classes of 16, 16, 12, 8, 8 for the next 5 months due to slowdown for the next bid due in the next few months. There are around 150ish in the pool that need to get thinned down (those that know and those that don't know yet...soon to be notified). They are working on the Feb-Mar M&G's right now for interviews in the future. So it should be around Jun-Jul for the Apr and onwards to look for an interiew call. Hope this sheds some light on what is going on right now. Keep hanging in there

Based on a discussion I had with my ACP a month or so back, the 150 mentioned above should be folks that have had a M&G and are waiting for an interview or have had an interview and are waiting for a class or notification. That would jive with what the fella I sponsored was told during his interview a few weeks back. Your mileage may vary...good luck.

Nawww, he said the 150 were hired or haven't been notified of being hired yet...soon to find out. At least that was the impression I got from the talk. He may have been mixing numbers together though...was talking of class sizes and hiring and then the interview process. But I had the distinct impression that it was hired in the pool and those that hadn't gotten the word yet.

I thought the pool was empty. I heard a couple of people are going to class in Feb. 07 that interviewed in Jan. 07. Does anybody know anybody from 06 not in class or called for class yet?

There are at least 2 of us who interviewed in October that still have not been called for class - have our fingers crossed for a March class......................

Interviewed week right after Halloween. No call either....waiting is a virtue I guess. Good things come to those who wait.....etc........

Current Pool

Based on what my ACP said yesterday, SNIZ's numbers are accurate on the size of the pool. About 150 with M&G's complete or interview complete waiting for a class. Hope that helps.

M&G Second time around?

I interviewed the same day as XJ. Now that it is some time into FEB I am eligible to reapply. I have kept my profile up to date, but my sponsor is suggesting that I probably won't get a second shot. What am I missing here, I have heard alot of guys get hired second time around. Does anybody have a time frame that I could reasonably expect a second interview pending perfect star alignment and the interview gods a go go? Thanks.
