so lazy and surly
Republic is fast becoming the dominant small jet carrier.
The more scabs we have going to Republic, the better. I sure hope they are going to be haap to fly for a BS airline.
Holy ! Look at that arse

What this looks like is a ploy to attract more/better candidates in their new hire classes. Promise the moon to get people on the property then not deliver on the back side. By then its to late for the employee.
1000 new pilots is about 100 new airplanes. If they started taking deliveries today they would have to take delivery of over four airplanes per month for the next 23 months to meet that target. Considering that there is nothing substantial already in place (and there won't be for at least several more months) this looks like total BS.

And who do YOU work for again??????????????????????????
Who???
Pinnacle, you say?
I like it when Pinnacle people make mention of hiring "qualified candidates" - reminds me of the situation you guys had, when you hired all those PFT pukes, then you had to hire street captains because those A-holes didn't have enough PIC time in ANYTHING!!
It's 1 interview. You interview for all 3 Airlines. Republic, Shuttle & Chautauqua. They put you were they need you. They may ask you if you have a preferance on where you want to be based, but ultimatly your at the mercy of demand. So, does the company decide which one of the holding airlines you go to or is it a different application for all 3 subsidiaries?
Thanks..
You are gonna have to qualify that remark. That was from out of left field and it is apparent you do not know what you are talking about. The more scabs we have going to Republic, the better. I sure hope they are going to be haap to fly for a BS airline.

They are placing people at all 3 certificates. This whole 1000 pilot hiring ploy that is generating some interest is Company wide for all 3 certificates.
I know Republic needs about 500 pilots, because of the 175's and the Frontier flying. I just got back from recurrent ground school and every-day I was in Indy for training, they were interviewing 10-15 people a day and have been doing so for quite sometime now.
Good Luck to you. Despite all of what you here it's not a bad place to work. We have a really good contract and the pay rates for a regional are pretty good.![]()
Thanks for the info. Where can i find more information about the contract? I am interested in reserve rules, commuting clause, mainly stuff on the QOL things. The pay information is online anyway.. Also, what do they do if you have <300 ME?
