I learned a trick a while ago...I don't use it anymore, but it might work for you. Use a ice pack, and have them keep it in the front desk freezer over night. Bring the food you want to eat, by foodsaving it...just make sure you freeze it right away after you cook it, bacteria forms on food when it cools on its own. Make sure it spends as little time as possible at the temperatures between, 75-50...thats the worst.
