I not trying to be pompous, I was on trip from ICN- to ANC the other day, and we were talking about how old the youngest 747 capt. was I figured there had to be some old timers out there from the TWA days younger. Sorry if I made you feel belittled

You didn't turn my peni$ into a pu$$y but you seem like the largest d@uchebag, I don't even think Rosie can fit you.

If you are looking for honest answers go to Wikipedia.

Don't worry. One of the mods will take care of it in the morning.

I think we should petition for new forum rules regarding stupidity and inanity with one person's post. They get warnings, etc. But if they continue, they get outed to the entire pilot group by name.

Either that or they're tracked by their S.S. # and pilot number (if different) and can NEVER log on for a new user name ever again if they stir the pot too much...

Hmmm...

Sleepy tiime.

The moderators really should leave this thread; it clearly shows that Pilotbrain is not whom he claims to be.

It also goes much farther toward exposing him than deleting it would protect harmony.

Yes you were. Just admit it. You're stirring the pot. Why, I have NO idea, but you're wasting your time. You're not going to belittle the guys on here.

I was a Learjet Captain at 25. I was a Learjet Fractional Captain at 27. I was a 727 Captain at 29. So the fracking WHAt??!!

It's a ********************ing title. That's great that life works out like that. Not everyone gets those chances BUT, that being said, it's becoming the norm now more than not with the puppy mills cranking them out.

PCL128 is a perfect example. A very well-qualified Part 121 Jet Captain in his early 20's. So what? Now if he were feeling REALLY frisky, he could go apply for Kalitta Air. The 747 upgrades are going 2 years to the CA's seat, no sh*t. He could be 28 and a Whale CA flying international.

Doesn't mean he WANTS that job, but he could. Opportunity is out there as early as kids are getting started these days and ditching college or doing it later in life.

Expect it to continue. As will the twerps who come on flaunting it because they don't have the life experience to know any better (and I'm not even going to MENTION the Judgment portion of that equation)...

Go impress your mom or girlfriend, dude. Wrong tree.

I think the most senior UPS guy was typed in a 747 at 25 or 26.

One of our Captains was a 27 year old 747 CA at Peoples express. Cool guy to fly with too!

K, place your dentures in the glass as you go through security. Why does your ipod play "hello my darlin, hello my baby, hello my ragtime gaaaaaaalllllllllll."

HINT: Check Dubai and India. Those crazies will have 19 year olds flying the A380... Considering there lack of pilots and growth plans.

There was this 20's something wonder boy that moved to the left seat on the classic for an Israeli cargo company. I can't remember the name, it's been a few years.... First trip off IOE, out there with no adult supervision. He tried to make the 90 turn off at the end, from the runway in Leige Belgium. But he forgot he was still going 60kts+.. Off into the approach lights
F#%Ked the airplane all up, and it sat on the ramp for about 4 months.... BRILLIANT
