Certain parties involved in this recent DHL announcement, better get used to hearing these words!

Do you think something illegal has occurred? Please share, I need a smile today.

Rumor has it, a third party is in the play now:
The Department of Justice

That would be for possible antitrust or anticompetitive issues. Not offenses that would result in prosecution. The DOJ has a consumer tip line/email that consumers use to report suspected issues listed above. If anyone knows of any antitrust or anticompetitive issues that would not be in the American publics best interest, use it. Our tax dollars at work.

EDIT: Unless you know of illegal behavior that would not involve the antitrust division. :D

ALPA, on behalf of ASTAR, has asked the DOJ to check this deal for any antitrust issues. DOJ has not yet decided if it will pursue any investigation.
