XO Jet Pilots...Uniform question

Any xo jet guys/gals here care to elaborate on your uniforms...good/bad? They seem discreet and functional at the same time. What brand shirts/jackets/pants do you use? We are looking at new uniforms and would like to explore the brands your company chose. PM's are fine.

Standard grey slacks, Fourmy shirts, marmot jackets. Very comfortable to wear, but that shirt is synthetic and I'll be wearing it forever should the kitchen get too hot. Less than ideal, IMO. Suggest the fleece marmot liner for the colder months...jacket is great for the fall, spring or summer in SFO.

I'm just glad we don't wear stripes or ties!
