Thanks for all the good info. I have pretty much made up my mind for XJet, but the bases at RAH were a little more preferable for me. It does sound like the pilot group at XJet is relatively happy and that and QOL is what I'm looking for. If I wanted quick upgrade I'd stay where I am, but I can't take it here anymore. Thanks again for the information.
